Yes. Energy isn't bound by distance. With a video walkthrough and a floor plan, a virtual clearing is every bit as thorough — it's how I serve clients worldwide.
Very little. Tidy if you like, but you don't have to. A rough floor plan and the ability to walk me through each room is plenty.
Most home sessions run one to two hours depending on the size of the space and what we find. Larger homes and land clearings are quoted ahead of time.
